TS4AlphaConverter: (That's the best name I could think of.) Converts LRLE textures to RLE2, fixing alpha hairs that have a strange appearance after the patch. TS4SliderConverter: Updates the HotSpotControls to the latest version, fixing sliders broken by the patch. Both can be run on individual packages or as batch fixes. These are two tools to fix sliders and alpha hairs/skins/etc. Here is a fix created by CMAR to fix sliders AND alpha hair and skins that were broken by the latest game patch!
